The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court vide order dated 27.5.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that out of 29 prosecution witness only 3 have been examined. Deceased had matrimonial dispute with the applicant her husband.Applicant was residing in an other house alongwith his three minor children. The murder of the deceased was committed by some one else.The applicant is in jail since 9.3.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.There is no one to care about his minor children. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel
