When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she went on her own from her house and reached at Hathras Railway Station, thereafter, she called the applicant on phone and went to Mathura, thereafter, Mumbai, thereafter they returned to Mathura and soelmnized marriage in a temple, thereafter, they also went to Delhi, they also lived together as husband and wife and physical relations were also developed between them on
