Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR. In the FIR as well as in her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS the victim has stated that in the month of October, 2022 the applicant committed her rape forcibly after making her unconscious, thereafter he used to establish sexual relations with her on the pretext of false promise of marriage. Learned counsel further submits that applicant is ready to marry the victim and is willing to keep her as his wife happily.
