Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR was lodged against one accused-Sudhir and his five accomplice. As per the prosecution case the main allegation is against the named accused-Sudhir. The name of applicant came into light in the confessional statement of Sudhir, in which he has stated that applicant introduced the victim to him. Thus, it is argued that the case of applicant is distinguishable from the case of main accused, Sudhir. Three other accused who are not named in the FIR have also been enlarged on bail. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court. The circumstances which
