Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR along with three other accused. The FIR alleges that on 26.02.2025 at about 8:00 p.m. when the victim went to an agricultural field to ease herself the applicant committed her rape forcibly on the point of knife, thereafter he extended threats to her, thereafter, he used to blackmail her and committed her rape several times for two months, thereafter, on 04.03.2025 all the accused took her to Maharajganj where they prepared forged paper of her marriage and when they were returning the applicant again committed her rape.
