This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Anubhav Mittal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 150 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of the IPC and Section 3/4 Banking Act, Police Station Prem Nagar , District Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.6.2025.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is one of the director of the company and due to this he has been falsely implicated in this case.
