The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 201 of 2020, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Mundapandey, District Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier applicant was on bail. But due to non appearance before the Court below, non bailable warrant against the applicant was issued. When the applicant came to knowledge about issuance of non bailable warrant, he surrendered himself before the Court below and since then he is in judicial custody.
