The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mohd. Azhar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 466 of 2025, under Section 08/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Anwarganj, District-Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1.09 Kilogram Charas is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The recovered contraband is little bit more than the commercial quantity. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
