The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 473 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 7/13(3) of U.P. Public Examination Act, 2025, Police Station Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has not appeared in the examination at the place of another student.
