Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R. K. Nishad, learned State Law Officer for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and Sections 419, 420, 429 of IPC, Police Station Chandauli, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against three names persons but the applicant is not named in the FIR. He submits that the name of the applicant came into light in the statement of co-accused. He submits that the applicant is the wwner of the vehicle in question
