Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR along with one accused. In the FIR it has been alleged by the informant that his daughter aged about 20 years was missing from 21.01.2022, now it came into light that his daughter has been kept by the applicant and the named co-accused in the house of the co-accused, then he took his daughter to his house. In her statements recorded under Section 161 & 164 Cr.P.C. the victim has made specific allegation against the named co-accused, Rajjab Ali, but she has nothing stated against the applicant in her both the statements.
