Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant is the step father of the victim and that he victim is aged about 19 years. Learned counsel further submits that he victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., she has specifically stated that no offence has been committed by the applicant. Apart from the same, no medical examination has been conducted, which also demonstrate the false implication of applicant. It is thus contended that the applicant is entitled for bail. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
