This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rahim, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 383 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 of U.p. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Mubarakpur, District-Azmagarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 08.09.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Mohd. Mujahid and Shamshad Ali, have already been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 34923 of 2025 and 32898 of 2025, vide orders dated 10.10
