This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohd. Firoz, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 333 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 190, 115 (2), 352, 221, 132, 121 (1), 121 (2), 109 (1), 125, 310 (2), 223-B, 191 (3), 311, 317 (3) B.N.S. and Section 25 (1-A), (1-AB) of Arms Act, Police Station-Kotwali Sambhal, District- Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Mohd. Tahzeeb and Mohd. Sadab, have already been enlarged on bail
