Heard Sri Adarsh Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned A.G.A./State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 343 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Mawana, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that applicant was nominated in the FIR on the basis of suspicion only as he had attained the birthday party. Applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no cogent witness or eye-witness of the incident. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 16.08.2025 and he is ready to cooperate with trial.
