By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Rambali Banwasi, is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Section 64(1) of BNS, Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli. 3. The applicant is named in the F.I.R., in which informant alleges that when on the date of occurrence his daughter aged about 17 years was alone in the house the applicant reached there and tried to lure her to marry with him and in the meanwhile he committed rape upon the victim forcibly. 4.
