The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 277 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 109(1), 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Rajpura, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial.
