Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the informant is the wife of the applicant and is deponent of the affidavit filed in support of the present bail application. Though the victim in her statements has made specific allegation against the applicant, but at the trial the victim (P.W.4) in her testimony has not made any such allegation as alleged by the prosecution and she has been declared hostile, which statement has been filed as Annexure-8 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
