Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Manvendra Singh and Vishal Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R., which alleges that applicant had enticed away informant's minor daughter twelve days earlier. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she went on her own and reached Delhi, where applicant met her, she lived with him for ten days, they had solemnized marriage in a temple, sexual relations were established between them, she knew the applicant from last one year and they love each other.
