Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the F.I.R., which alleges allegation of enticement of minor daughter of the informant against two named accused. The alleged incident took place on 10.03.2025 whereas the F.I.R. of the same incident has been lodged on 01.04.2025.
