This repeat application for bail has been filed by applicant-Vipin Kumar seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 2023 under Sections 302, 201 and 120B I.P.C., Police Station-Rampur, District-Jaunpur during the pendency of trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 473 of 2023 (State Vs. Vopin Gautam) under Sections 302, 201 and 120B I.P.C., Police Station- Rampur, District-Jaunpur now pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Jaunpur. 4. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court by a detailed order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15225 of 2024 (Vipin Kumar Vs. State of U.P.).
