Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 428 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(a) B.N.S., Police Station- Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about one and a half day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that even the FIR was instituted after a delay of eleven hours after the recovery of dead body of the deceased person and there is no explanation of the said delay either. The applicant has been made an accused
