Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim herself lodged the F.I.R. dated 31.08.2025 with the allegation that on 11.04.2025 the applicant came into her house and committed her rape while she was alone at that time, at that time her husband refrained her to make such complaint. Learned counsel further submits in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 BNSS she had reiterated the version of F.I.R. The victim is a major and married lady and she had denied for her internal examination. The F.I.R. was lodged after four months and twenty days of the alleged incident, without there being any explanation of such an inordinate delay.
