Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. dated 02.04.2025 was lodged by the informant with the allegation that on 02.04.2025 his daughter went to attend her duty in Hindustan Company, but she did not return after her duty hours and when she inquired in the said company it came into light that she had not attended her duty on that very day, thereafter it was also came into light to him that applicant had enticed away her on the pretext of her providing better job anywhere else. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had stated that she is aged about 28 years of age, the applicant had taken and kept her mark sheets, on 02.04.2025 when she met him to give her mark sheets, he took her to
