Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. dated 27.06.20205 was lodged by the informant with the allegation that applicant had enticed away her daughter on the pretext of marriage. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein though she had made allegation of rape and her assault against the applicant on the pretext of false promise of marriage, but she had stayed with the applicant for nine days before she has been recovered by the police and during that period she has never raised any alarm.
