Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 509 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 109(1) of BNS, Police Station - Khurja Nagar, District - Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have caught hold of the informant's brother (now deceased) and the co-accused Suhail is stated to have stabbed at his heart thereby causing grievous injuries to him on 12.06.2025 at about 08:00 PM. Two persons have also sustained injuries in the said scuffle. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
