Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation that applicant had given her a mobile phone and he used to talk with her in filthy language and on 22.05.2025 he established sexual relations with her against her wishes and also made clip and photograph through his mobile phone and on the pretext of threatening to viral such video clip he used to establish sexual relations with her again. Learned counsel further submits that as per version of F.I.R. the alleged incident took place on 22.05.2025 and the F.I.R. has been lodged on 11.07.2025, after two months without any plausible explanation of delay. The victim in her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. had reiterated the version of F.I.
