Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 317 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 131, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Partapur, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Anshul has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
