Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.126 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 4/5 Arms Act, Police Station C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly during the pendency of trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Munazir has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 13.10.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.32418 of 2025. It is further submitted that FIR has been lodged with a delay of five hour and the injured has changed his version drastically.
