Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Raj Karan Patel, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged by the victim against her husband namely, Devraj Chauhan and brother-in- law namely, Shameer and Kamal with the allegations that all the named accused including the applicant used to torture and abused her. He further submits that in the F.I.R. there is no whisper about allegation of rape but the victim in her statements recorded under Section 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S. has levelled allegation of rape committed upon her by the applicant several times, which itself falsifies the prosecution story.
