This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dilshad , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 324 (6), 191 (2), 351 (2), 308 (2), 310 (2), 317 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 31.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. During investigation, his name s
