In the F.I.R. the victim alleges that there were acquaintance between her and the applicant as he was his neighbourer and she used to hire his vehicle to go anywhere, in the year 2024 one day when she was going to her parental house in the vehicle of the applicant then in midway the applicant served her some eatable mixed with some intoxicant substance and after eating the same she became unconscious, thereafter he took her at a deserted place and committed her rape and also made video clip of such incident, thereafter, he snatched her golden jewellaries and left her to her parental house, thereafter, he used to blackmail in the garb of alleged video clip and too
