Heard Shri Ashutosh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajai Singh, learned A.G.A. representing the State respondents. This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dr. Usman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 362 of 2025, under Sections 106 (1), 131, 93 of the B.N.S. & 34 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, Police Station-Milak, District-Rampur during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.09.2025. The incident is alleged to have taken place on 05.06.2025 but the FIR has been lodged only on 15.08.2025 after considerable delay without there being any explanation for the delay.
