Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Ms. Megha, learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. alleges that applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. When the victim was recovered her statement under Sections 180 B.N.S.S. was recorded wherein she had specifically stated that she had studied upto twelfth standard, she loves the applicant, when she knew that she is pregnant, then she went to Faridabad where the applicant lives, where they both lived as husband and wife, father of her unborn child is the applicant and she went on her own and wants to live with him.
