The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Sokha @ Kalam Siddiqui with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.606 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 325, 191 (2) BNS and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, and Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, Police Station-Kashya, Police Station-Kushinagar, during pendency of trial.
