This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Imran, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 693 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2)ka of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3, 5, 25, 27, 25(8) Arms Act, Police Station- Kankarkheda, District- Meerut. 4.
