The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Vikram with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 104 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 352 BNS and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Crossing Republic, District-Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 21.05.2025. He further submits that first information report was lodged by the informant against the applicant and one other co-accused with the allegation that on the date of incident due to some dispute co-accused Jaikaran caught the hands of the son of the first informant namely Vikas,
