This is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 156 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302 of IPC, Police Station- Harraiya, District - Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 23.03.2023 and 09.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 47924 of 2022 and 45095 of 2023, respectively. 5. As a new ground, learned counsel for the applicant has stated that two witnesses i.e. P.W. 1 & 2 have been examined in court.
