This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sumit Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 467 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Tundla, District- Firozabad. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two cases have been shown and in those cases, the applicant is on bail.
