It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that according to the F.I.R., allegations, in the month of December, when the informant's daughter had gone to ease, the named accused persons namely, Nanak Pal and Ashu Pal took away the informant's daughter and had committed wrong with her as such she became pregnant.
