The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 6 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station G.R.P. Baraut, District Baghpat during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the first information report, the applicant along with four named co-accused and some unknown persons are alleged to have assaulted the brother in-law of the informant. According to the postmortem report, the deceased sustained three injuries. Injury No. 1 was on the head and other two injuries were simple in nature.
