Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.297 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(2), 353(3), 3(5) BNS and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Faridpur, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith other three accused persons is stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the brother of the informant on 17.4.2025 at about 07:00 p.m. The deceased in an injured condition was rushed to local hospital from where he was referred to Bareilly, where he was declared as brought dead at the district hospital. 5.
