It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the F.I.R., has been lodged against as many as six named accused persons including the applicant, whereas during the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer found false case has been registered against the named accused persons except the applicant and that the charge sheet has been filed only against the applicant.
