It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially F.I.R. was lodged on 23.07.2025 against unknown person under Section 137(2) of B.N.S with regard to the incident alleged to have taken place on 22.07.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay.
