GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mohd. Fareed, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has specifically stated that she has gone with her brother-in-law (applicant) out of her free will and consent to Gurgaon, where she stayed with him as husband and wife.
