The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 12 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 140(3), 103(1), 238A, 3(5), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The name of the applicant was disclosed in the statement of the witnesses namely Sanket, Prem Singh and Nand Lal. The said statements insofar as they implicate the applicant are unreliable.
