The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 142 of 2024, under Section 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 11.03.2024. The first information report was lodged on 13.03.2024. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. It is next contended that identically placed co-accused Pradeep Kumar Tiwari has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
