Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 18.09.2025 whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 21.09.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay. He further submits that the victim is a married lady aged about 32 years and is mother of six children on the other side, the applicant is also a married man is father of two children.
