This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Jitendra Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Sections 3/8 of U.P. Cow Salughter Prohibition Act, Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Rampur Karkhana, District Deoria. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.9.2025.
