Heard Sri Irfanul Huda, Advocate holding brief of Sri Furquan Ahmad (Alvi), learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 61(2), 238(A), 123 of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 Act, Police Station Chhaprauli, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Rihana has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15770 of 2025, as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to
